Happy Thanksgiving Day !

We all have much to be thankful for: family, friends, and abundant resources from God. Let's also set aside time today to think about those who are struggling and say a prayer for them.

We are the greatest country in the world, and we can become greater if we take care of our own, as Jesus would have done. Paraphrasing Robert F. Kennedy, each time that one of us acts in the interest of the less fortunate, it sets forth a ripple of hope. The combination of these ripples of hope can become a tidal wave which can wash away the hunger, poverty, and homelessness which still adversely affects our great country and the world at large.

We have much to be thankful for and more work to be done.

Nothing about George W surprises me

Check out this link: Difficult to believe that this man was selected once and then elected president. Sort of says much about the electorate in this country.

Some might call this hypocrisy ?

If you happen to run into Kasich, Portman, or DeWine today, make sure you ask them why they are so eager for another sip at the government trough they claim to detest ? They seem to hate our government, but want to become part of it again, what a paradox that is ?

Vote for the moderate choice for Governor, Ted Strickland !
